A hybrid is simply a losi platform thats been converted to accept a Baja rear end.  With this configuration you get a two wheel drive custom losi.  The weight of the engine is moved to the rear of the car helping increase traction and changes the handling characteristics of the vehicle.  You get the mad wheelies and yet maintain some stability with the wide losi stance.   There are many ways to achieve this.  The RCMAX hybrid chassis makes this transition simple.  You just need to bolt on the rear parts from a  baja onto the chassis.  we tried to assemble most of the parts you will need in this area.   There is also a sheet in our Tech page that will show you a break down of the parts needed to build a hybrid.
